This Saturday, the militancy of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) in Guárico, devoted itself en masse to the different postulation assemblies aimed at the renewal of parish, municipal and state political teams of the socialist organization.
The activity began at 2:00 in the afternoon in more than 460 electoral centers in the region, representing the same number of Hugo Chávez Battle Units (UBCh) in the state.
“The assemblies were carried out completely normally, a natural display of our people organized in our UBCh”, highlighted the PSUV regional liaison in Guárico, Hugbel Roa.
He mentioned that the militancy actively came out to place the best men and women who will assume the reins of these renewed teams. Likewise, he highlighted the participation of the militant youth of the party, who democratically and organizedly attended the nomination sessions.
“The demonstration of height, strength and, above all, level and understanding of our United Socialist Party of Venezuela is really very beautiful,” emphasized the also deputy to the National Parliament.
For his part, the governor of the llanero state, José Vásquez, pointed out that it has been a day of joy and a democratic celebration of the red awning. “Our militancy came out to propose the best leaders to form these structures, which will lead us to form our entire party,” he pointed out.
Vásquez indicated that the process “demonstrates that in the state of Guárico the instructions originated by the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, the indications of the party and also the guidelines of the IV Congress of the PSUV continue to be complied with.”
The sessions will allow the election of the political teams of the 15 municipalities and the 39 parishes of the Guariqueña region.
