The Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism, Robert Sanchezassured that he hopes that his lawyers can review the fiscal file in which he has been included as investigated and then be able to present himself to provide his statements.
It was when responding to the reasons why he did not appear for the tax summons last Friday for alleged payments that he would have made in favor of the former secretary of the Presidential Office Bruno Pacheco when he was in hiding.
“On Tuesday I have accredited my lawyers, the Arbizu-Gamarra study, as appropriate. They have presented a formal document as appropriate to request the reading of the file and that request has not been met “he detailed to Canal N.

“It is for this reason that on Friday, first thing in the morning, my lawyers have formally attended to present a document. I have had to post on my networks because there is the evidence, the formal document sent “he added.
Roberto Sánchez said that he hopes to be able to review his case folder before giving statements to the Public Ministry. However, he assured that he has not waited for the tax summons to send the documentation that rules out any payment in favor of Bruno Pacheco’s wife.
“The prosecution has requested documentation related to canceled service orders to Mrs. Graciela Palomino, in addition to the formal official treasury certificate where it is conclusively stated that from my sector there has never been a sun for any payment”he indicated.
The minister reiterated that at no time has he received orders or given any order to make payments in favor of Bruno Pacheco or Beder Camacho or to facilitate any type of cover-up.
