Considers that it is not possible for officials that should be performing functions in favor of the State, are lending themselves to generate acts of violence. This situation has led to the arrest of almost two dozen people.
“There are unfairly 15 people arrested for these acts that have been carried out by this director of the ABT, there are innocent people, there was even a man who sold telephone cards on the street and he was raised simply for doing his job. Others young people who have been detained have been implanted with tests by the Police commanded by Minister Eduardo del Castillo,” said the legislator.
He limited that he calls the aattention, but it is not surprising that the Public Ministry and the Police investigate and punish those who are not related to the MAS. “We do not have any masista detained, none of those who caused the fences; we do not have the mayor of Puerto Quijarroprincipally responsible for Mr. Taborga, being investigated, and Unfortunately, the Prosecutor’s Office commanded by Roger Mariaca, rejects all the complaints that are presented,” he claimed.
For his part, the lawyer Andrés Ritter, indicated that the authorities are expected to investigate the facts that are unrelated to his duties as the director of the ABT. “Lor more serious is that they are public officials who should be in their source of work since they are a person who is against the civic strike; however, he is receiving a salary to go out and commit criminal acts that must be investigated,” he said.
Ritter will request that the Prosecutor’s Office summon and seize the cell phone of the director of the ABT, so that the call flow is made and see with whom he coordinated the criminal acts. “ANDIt is unfortunate that a high-ranking official is in the streets carrying out acts of violence that subsequently generate the persecution of innocent people from Santa Cruz, The most serious thing about the case is that we are with people unjustly detained and even evidence has been planted and other people are enjoying freedom,” he reiterated.
