The prosecution believes that Vladimir Cerronleader of the Free Peru partywho brought to power peter castleobstructs the investigation that he is doing for alleged money laundering in a case linked to the plot of “The Dynamics of the Center” and that, for this hostile conduct, he must be imprisoned for 36 months.
