Julito Fulcar, spokesman for the deputies of the ruling Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM) in the Chamber of Deputies, revealed the health condition of his brother and former Minister of Education, Roberto Fulcarwho is in the United States for medical check-ups, but clarified that he does not have cancer nor is he confined in a care center.
The legislator said that his brother has presented “some gastrointestinal ailments, which have occurred in recent months.”

He maintained that his brother traveled to North American territory about twelve days ago, to undergo a medical checkup processconsultations and evaluations as a result of the situation.
“The possibility that there may be a malignant disease has been ruled out. With God ahead and the power of science, we hope that in a short time you can overcome the situation, ”he said.
He clarified information that was disseminated on social networks about the health situation of Roberto Fulcar, who is now Minister Without Portfolio of the Government of Louis Abinader and appointed in September of this year president of the PRM’s National Strategy Commission.
