Electrical Guardians of the SEN are sworn in at UEN María Antonia Bolívar of the parish of La Vega

Juramentan a Brigadas de “Guardianes Eléctricos” en La Vega

With the aim of promoting awareness about the efficient use of electrical energy, 24 students were sworn in at the María Antonia Bolívar National Educational Unit of the parish The Vega of Caracaswho became part of the Brigade of Electrical Guardians of the National Electric System (SEN)..

The activity was chaired by the Director General of the Office of Citizen Attention of the Ministry of Popular Power for Electric Energy (Mppee)Rosaura Navas, who expressed her gratitude to the brigades that are deployed throughout the country.

On the other hand, the Management of Alternative Sources and Rational Use of Electric Energy (FAUREE) presented to the theater group “Electro Story Teller” with the work El viaje de la Electricidad, as a strategic line of action that is part of the campaign “Activate Consciousness with Energy and Efficiency”.

This activity was aimed at girls and boys to raise awareness about the rational and responsible use of electricity.

“With the swearing-in of the Electrical Guardians Brigades we are activating awareness about the principles of efficient use of electrical energy in our homes, schools and communities in general,” said the deputy director and teacher of the educational center, Alida Torrealba.

Finally, a 5th year high school student expressed the importance of continuing to promote this type of activity in the different educational institutions in the country.
