started the 20th version of the International Theater Festival in Calle de Mesitas de El Colegio, in which attendees can enjoy an offer of shows by 25 pools national and international stilt walks, acting, live music and dancing. Also there will be a parade in which more than 300 artists will participate.

According to the Municipal Mayor’s Office, this time the festival was called Live the Theater at Mesitas de El Colegio!, and a space was opened for the participation of emerging artistic groups that find this event a opportunity to share your talent.
“This will be the opportunity to revive our festival that has marked transcendence throughout the country. As always, from our municipal administration we bet on culture and art so that artists can shine and grow”, said Andres Guerrero Puerto, Mayor of the College
The festival will last until November 14, in this municipality is located one hour from the capital of the country, for which the Municipal Administration invites families, children, youth and older adults to participate in this cultural celebration taking advantage of the festive bridge.
Most of the presentations will be free admission and will be held in the open air. The event will include the participation of theater groups such as “Theatre Nest” of Villa de Leiva, “Tazpa” of Palmyra, “Black Tricycles” from Bucaramanga; “Collective Unconscious” of Sopó, “TAL Theater” of La Mesa“La Pepa de Mamoncillo” and “Gota de Mercurio” from Bogotá.

The poster will be completed by international groups “The Cuban Voyeur”, a Cuban theater collective founded in 1984, “Cornisa 20” from Mexico, and artistic groups “Circus Soul”, “The House of the Cicada”, “Third Act”, “Zaperoco”, “Corpofestiva”, “Teatro del Sur”, and finally the theater groups of the municipality of School tables.
