Andean parliamentarians reject Aníbal Torres' "unconstitutional request" to raise a question of trust

Four of the five Andean parliamentarians representing Peru rejected the announcement made by the president of the Council of Ministers, to present before Congress a matter of confidence for the bill of the Executive Branch that proposes to repeal Law No. 31355, which regulates said figure.
