The president of the Republic, , held a meeting this Wednesday at the Government Palace -a few hours after the march called ‘La Toma de Lima’- with Willy Montoya Quispitongo, a member of the National Corporation of Graduates of the Armed Forces. and who was sentenced to 10 years in prison for aggravated robbery.

Montoya had already gone to the Palace on October 18, along with the group of reservists deployed in the courtyard of honor. That day, those present swore allegiance to the president in exchange for the government passing a law of economic benefits in their favor. As a result of this, it was revealed that Montoya had been sentenced on May 21, 1999 for aggravated robbery.
