The alleged perpetrator took advantage of the woman’s mental condition, submitting her sexually. He himself managed to be apprehended after the victim escaped and asked his brother for help.
Prosecutor Carolina Rosa Gadea opened criminal proceedings against Juancito Pimenta Coronel for the alleged punishable act of sexual abuse in defenseless people and required preventive detention. The suspect is being held at the Alto Paraná Police Directorate, at the disposal of Justice.

The complaint states that the event occurred on November 7, at dawn, in a house located at kilometer 12 Acaray, where a victim was woman suffering from mental disorders.
According to the investigation, the alleged sex offender attacked the victim in her home, forced the window of the room where she was resting, pounced on her and sexually submitted, despite the fact that she resisted and asked for help. The attacker would have even bitten the woman on the lips and back to consummate the sexual abuse.

After completing the act, it fell asleep in the victim’s bed and at 06:00 that day, he was apprehended by police officers, following the alert given by the victim’s brother, who stated that his family member went to his house to tell him what had happened.
Subsequently, the fact was communicated to the Public Ministry and the prosecutor Carolina Gadea intervened and ordered the indictment of Juancito Pimenta Coronel, who is exposed to several years of imprisonment, considering the seriousness of the act.
