The School Certificate Law
With the presentation, the School Certificate Law is complied withsanctioned by the National Congress in 2018, which establishes the implementation of a school management system at the federal level that records the complete school trajectory of the students of compulsory public and private management education.
The objective is to consolidate a nominal register of students at the initial, primary and secondary levels, according to official information.
Also it seeks to record and manage the entire school and pedagogical trajectory of each student in the country in real time from the classroom and school during the 15 years of their compulsory education.
Another purpose of the initiative is to generate early alerts in situations of abandonment or school intermittence and design re-linking educational policies for general and individual cases.
Likewise, it aims to depaper the administrative tasks of the school and eliminate the duplication of tasks by teachers and managers.
State resources to be implemented
According to the information, the resources provided by the national State for the implementation of the system are: 55 thousand computers for schools throughout the country; computer storage servers for each province; and training of provincial teams, teachers, directors and supervisors, and development of an off-line telephone charging application that allows information to be stored without being connected to the Internet.
About the development of digital qualifications, it was recorded that in the year 2023 the secondary students of the country will have a digital degree and a national base of graduates will be created that does not currently exist.
Since its creation in 2012, only four provinces have adopted the system: La Rioja, Jujuy, Salta and Santiago del Estero, according to an official statement.
For its part, in 2022 a total of 19 provinces were incorporated into the new SInIDE.
The provinces that already use the system
Five provinces (Tierra del Fuego, Misiones, La Rioja, Catamarca and Salta) are already using the system and uploading information, while the province of Buenos Aires will start uploading next week in 1500 schools.
