Congresswoman Vivian Olivos (Popular Force) asked the Comptroller to review the appointment in the Ministry of Health (Minsa) of Loly Wider Herrera Lavado, who has ties to the owner of Peru Libre, .

In this sense, the parliamentarian recalled that Law No. 31419 establishes the provisions that guarantee suitability and establish the minimum requirements and impediments for officials to hold a position in the State.
