Everything would have started at around 5:00 in the afternoon today. “There was a hearing of the Disciplinary Council, because three inmates proposed to be transferred to another establishment since they denounced that they were mistreated by the guardians, the disciplinary council denied the request and, supported by other inmates, some 40 youngsters began to create disturbances, breaking brooms , chairs and everything they found, ”said sources inside the establishment.
The staff of the rehabilitation center called the Police, and 8 members of the Emergency Squad appeared and entered, managing to withdraw half of the inmates. About 20 of them returned to their rooms, but the most experienced remained, led by the three young men who started the disturbance.
