A woman was detained by agents of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) and they seized 29 cartridges destined for rifles, according to military sources. The procedure was carried out in the Quebrada Seca sector, Bolívar municipality (Aroa), Yaracuy state.
The detainee was identified as Ana Cristina Salas Peraza, who seized the 29 7.62×51mm caliber cartridges and a card with the name of Yonathan Javier López Peraza, a member of the AK 47 criminal group, says the report.
Another member of that group was captured in Los Cañizos (Yaracuy), identified as José Bautista Zarraga Zabala, from whom a 38-caliber revolver was seized.
