Ovalle was the head of Segalmex from 2019 to 2022, when the irregularities were committed: “He is a character very close to President Andrés Manuel López Obrador and now he is with impunity exercising the position of coordinator of the Institute for Federalism and Municipal Development. “(Ovalle) has been awarded in other areas of the administration,” accused the deputy of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) Blanca Alcalá.
