Requirements to apply for the Procrear II plan
Certain requirements must be met to be in the housing lottery:
*Not having benefited from housing plans in the last ten years.
*Do not have real estate registered in your name, neither as owners nor as co-owners.
*Have the valid National Identity Document of all the members of the application at the time of starting the process.
*Be Argentine or foreigner with permanent residence in the country, and be between 18 and 64 years old at the time of completing the registration.
*Demonstrate, at least, twelve months of registered work continuity.
*Do not register negative records in the Financial System during the last year, due to non-payment of obligations of all kinds; not be disqualified by the BCRA or by Court Order; do not register judgments according to the business history report in the last five years; do not record liens; and not register petitions or declarations of insolvency or bankruptcy.
