Within the framework of the payment schedule for the month of November and the increases and benefits for this month, the National Social Security Administration (ANSeS) offers alternatives for those who receive a benefit from the organization, such as a 10% discount on supermarkets.
Every Monday, beneficiaries of the social security entity will have a 10% discount available at pharmacies, clothing stores, shops of technology and appliances and supermarkets attached, among others.
The Benefits Program has a reimbursement of up to 25% with a cap of 1000 pesos for each purchase, with no limit on operations for purchases made with a debit card in stores such as those mentioned supermarkets or pharmacies.
The return (reimbursement) is made automatically and within the same bank account where the benefit is collected or the retirement assets are deposited, within one or two days after the purchase in the business attached.
The participating supermarkets are the following: Chango Más: the discount is 15%, on Mondays and Tuesdays. Coto has a 10% discount from Monday to Thursday. Carrefour supermarkets have a 10% discount also from Monday to Thursday. Lastly, the supermarkets Walmart have a 15% discount on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Who can access the discounts?
People who can access discounts of at least 10% on Mondays are:
Retirement holders.
Death pension holders.
Holders of Non-Contributory Pension (for Disability, Old Age and Mother of 7 or more children).
Holders of the Universal Child Allowance (AUH).
Holders of the Universal Allowance for Children with Disabilities.
Holders of the Pregnancy Allowance for Social Protection.
Holders of Family Allowance per Child.
Holders of Prenatal Allowance.
Unemployment Benefit Holders.
