A total of 20 drugs were seized in the San Rafael de Paraguachón sector, Guajira municipality, Zulia state, according to reports from the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB).
The panelas corresponded to 18 marijuana and two cocaine that were abandoned, hidden in a sack attached to a bicycle.
In Portuguesa, the military carried out another anti-drug procedure, by capturing a subject who was transporting 64 finger cots of cocaine intra-organically.
The man is identified as Carluis Josué Ramos Jaime, who was a passenger on a public transport unit from La Fría (Táchira) bound for Valencia (Carabobo).
This vehicle was checked at the Citizen Service Point located in La Cascada, José Vicente de Unda municipality (Chabasquen), Portuguesa. Ramos Jaime was approached by the soldiers to whom he confessed that he had such a number of finger cots, which he expelled in an assisted manner to add up to 1 kilo 115 grams.
The man was later handed over to the Public Ministry.
