The US Border Patrol has taken into custody 15 minors who disembarked along with 27 other rafters in Florida last Thursday. According to Chief Officer Walter Slosar, the migrants were “stranded” on an island and were rescued by the Coast Guard.
The Cubans made the crossing in the boat Beautifullicense plate 5079, but no further details about them have been released.
