The Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Martin Soria, maintained that the “true attack on Justice” is judge Leopoldo Brugliaand considered that he “cannot claim” damages from President Alberto Fernández because “he agreed to be irregularly and illegitimately transferred” to Chamber I of the Buenos Aires Federal Chamber to “protect” former president Mauricio Macri.
“Bruglia came to Camarista due to a finger transfer by Mauricio Macri that the Supreme Court of Justice itself declared unconstitutional, and he has clung to that chair for four years to protect Macri and those who attacked @CFKArgentina (Vice President Cristina Kirchner). That It is the true attack on justice,” Soria wrote on his social networks.

Bruglia resigned on Thursday from the Association of Judges and Officials of the National Justice after that entity did not respond to criticism made by President Alberto Fernández for ordering the release of the four members of the Federal Revolution.
Also, The federal chamberlain told Infobae that he will sue the President for damages for having expressed that “they occupy their seats in a manner contrary to the Constitution.”
“When we believed that no one could be more cheeky, Dr. Bruglia appears,” Soria said Thursday night in statements to Public TV.
And he added: “They are going to denounce the President because he gives his opinion on a ruling as anyone can do. Damages and prejudices can be claimed by someone with honor, love and affection for his investiture, not someone who agreed to be transferred irregularly and illegitimately by the ex-president Macri”.
“Bruglia came to Camarista due to a transfer at Macri’s finger that the Supreme Court of Justice itself declared unconstitutional, and he has clung to that chair for four years to protect Macri and those who attacked the Vice President”
In that sense, Soria recalled that “two years ago” the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation “said that the transfer had been unconstitutional, illegal” and that nevertheless the magistrate did not resign.
“He should have resigned, returned to the oral tribunal or presented himself to the competition for that vacancy that he illegitimately occupied almost four years ago,” he asserted.
Meanwhile, Soria affirmed that “undue interference was made by Mauricio Macri when he appointed him by hand” to the Federal Chamber.
“There can be no improper interference. Macri did improper interference when he met with judges and chambermaids in the Casa Rosada to put together causes for the cover of Clarín and La Nación or when he met with cassation judges with the excuse of playing paddle tennis when he had knee surgery, that is undue interference, “he said.
