The boom in artistic gymnastics increased during this time with the new Gymnastics Pavilion located in the SND park, inaugurated for the Asunción 2022 South American Games.
The General Directorate of Communication of the SND spoke with the president of the Paraguayan Federation of Gymnastics, Paula Espínola, who told us that gymnastics is the basis for any other sport, since coordination, strength, flexibility, resistance, and the most Importantly, children learn that only with discipline and perseverance can results be achieved.

On November 1, artistic and rhythmic gymnastics classes began for different ages and at various times. “We have classes for boys and girls from the age of 4 onwards for women’s artistic gymnastics, men’s artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics and
