Parents of the students who study at the Liceo Hermana Sandra Reyes Rodríguez on Altagracia Street #17, in La Victoria, Santo Domingo Norte, denounced the poor conditions of the school, which lacks furniture, lighting and a roof.
With the slogan “we want seats”, the parents entered the facilities while teaching was being given to show the deterioration of the classrooms and the empty spaces that lack furniture so that the students can receive the bread of education.
In addition, they said they have their own land since that is borrowed, and that the construction work of the new campus was awarded to the corresponding engineers, for which they asked President Abinader for his intervention to speed up the construction.
