The dollar goes up (in the vast majority) of countries but low in Uruguay. The question that many of us ask ourselves is how long it is sustainable for the tiny Uruguayan foreign exchange market to be decoupled from what is happening in its main trading partners. The dollar is always a very complex variable to project but there are some external and internal fundamentals that predict the end of a cheap dollar. That is what I will write to you about in this installment of RincĂłn y Misiones.
