The Bolivarian National Police (PNB) captured two relatives of Asdrúbal Gonzalo Castillo Palacio, a subject who was surprised in Araure (Portuguesa) by neighbors when he allegedly abused a minor. Castillo is still at large.
In this case, the detainees are: Luis Alfredo Valerio (46), the subject’s brother-in-law, and his sister, Zulay Ramona Castillo (51).
Apparently these people hid the fugitive in Tapa de Piedra, a village in the municipality of Araure, Portuguesa.
The alleged violation committed by Castillo against a minor, became known after the broadcast of a video where a child is seen getting up from a bed and pulling up his shorts.
In the video, the subject can be seen coming out of the room in boxer shorts, being rebuked by neighbors.
The Cicpc released Castillo’s photo and asked the public to report any information on his whereabouts. “From the Cicpc we do not overlap behaviors that threaten the integrity of our boys and girls,” says the announcement of the scientific police.
