Bolivian filmmaker Rodrigo Bellott presented the official poster for his most recent film, Buey Rojo Sangre, which will be released in Bolivia on December 6

The art, in which the color red predominates, provides a guideline for the content of this new proposal for national cinema, which It is presented as a psychological horror film.

Blood Red Ox tells the story of Amir (Mazin Akar), a New York journalist, who together with her boyfriend Amat (Kaolin Bass), arrive in Bolivia to visit the tropical forest in the south of the countrywhere they can get acquainted with the Water Factory, a foundation run by Amancaya (Andrea Camponovo), a Bolivian environmental activist who is threatened by a transnational company that has found gas in the area and is destroying the forests.

The aliens’ visit begins to take a sinister turn when Amat begins to hallucinate the presence of a bloody ox in the place where they stay. Amir, bewildered, tries to save his boyfriend, but cannot distinguish between what is real or fictional and finds himself involved in a nightmare from which he does not know how to get out.
