The Plenary of the National Board of Justice (JNJ) unanimously ratified César Eugenio San Martín Castro, Víctor Prado Saldarriaga and Jorge Salas Arenas as supreme judges of the Supreme Court of the Republic.
The JNJ began this Wednesday, November 2, with personal interviews with the supreme judges and prosecutors to be ratified in their positions. Víctor Prado Saldarriaga, former head of the Judiciary, César San Martín were ratified.
This also happened with Jorge Salas Arenas, who, on behalf of the Judiciary, chairs the National Elections Jury (JNE) from November 2020 to November 2024.
