Umaro Sissoco Embaló, president of Guinea Bissau, after signing a memorandum of understanding with the Venezuelan president, Nicolás Maduro, after the bilateral summit in Miraflores; headquarters of the Government of Venezuela, highlighted the brotherhood between both peoples “and that is why we have to lend a hand, one to the other, to walk together.”
“I am sure of that cooperation that we have, and in December we are going to have a mixed commission,” the president advanced, stressing that Venezuela and Cuba “have already done many things for the people of Guinea Bissau.
