cielo nublado con descargas eléctricas

The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (Inameh) forecasts electrical discharges in areas of Zulia, Falcón, Lara, Barinas, Portuguesa, Apure, Guárico, Amazonas and Bolívar.

The information was released by the institution through its Twitter account @INAMEH, where it published that the rest of the country will remain partially cloudy.

In the same way, it foresees that in the rest of the country, there will be a greater increase in fragmented cloudiness and stratiform mantles.
