The debt that the Conditionbetween entities of the national government, regional and municipal governments, with workers affiliated to the Private Pension System (SPP), amounts to S/14,971,032,456, according to the latest report as of September 2022, prepared by the Association of Pension Fund Administrators.
To date, there are 2,565 public institutions that deducted the monthly salary of their workers and did not deposit it in their individual capitalization accounts in the corresponding AFP, affecting their right to social security and their future pension. In total, 418,766 Peruvians are affected.

Among the national entities with the highest public debt, the Ministry of Education stands out, with a nominal debt of S/5,733,656, which amounts to S/1,249,973,757 due to default interest. It is followed by the General Management of the Judicial Power with S/2,396,925, upgrading to S/375,745,022 of debt.
In the case of the regions, it heads the Education area of the Regional Government of Piura with a debt of S/574, 609,364 including interest. While, in the case of the municipalities, he leads the list of defaulters in the municipality of La Victoria, owing S / 288,383,466 to workers affiliated with the SPP.
