In it, he requested that the Parliament, as well as other public and private institutions, in the program of the delegation that will visit Peru “so that they have complete information on the reality of Peru.”
“As President of the Legislative Power, I ask you to include the Congress of the Republic in the meeting program of the High Level Group of the OAS, during your visit to Peru, In addition, they must have sufficient time to allow them to access the report of the Board of Directors on behalf of Congress, as well as the opinion of the various parliamentary groups, ”reads the official letter.
Likewise, the head of the Legislative “urges” that the OAS mission also hold meetings with “personalities and institutions” so that they present “their information and an overview of the situation of democratic institutions in Peru.”
