Deel and WeWork: the alliance that offers flexible workspaces to more workers around the world

In order to further streamline human resources globally, was associated with to offer companies flexible workspaces for their employees around the world.

As global hiring has skyrocketed in recent years, distributed teams without local offices are becoming more common. However, there is still a need for workspaces to maintain connections with people, build a common culture and facilitate collaboration.

Research also shows that giving employees more work options has become an important factor in attracting and retaining talent. According to data from LinkedIn, a flexible work arrangement has become the among candidates for a job, since 2020.

To meet this demand, the Deel platform is already offering a solution for companies to provide WeWork passes to their employees, wherever they live. This is a successful experience applied in its own team distributed in more than 80 countries; now the company extends the offer to other companies.

With a few clicks, platform users can request a monthly WeWork All Access membership for their new hires when they go through the onboarding process. Thus, Deel will manage everything related to the workspace on behalf of its teams, from the automation of access requests to the resolution of problems that may arise. The aim is that a greater number of workers, regardless of their place of residence or their headquarters, can easily access a more flexible work configuration.

This monthly subscription gives access to more than 700 coworking spaces around the world. Launched in August 2020, it has seen unprecedented growth, recently reaching a total of 62,000 members as of June 30, 2022. WeWork data shows that in the past year, demand for this flexible workspace product has grown 210% year-over-year.

The workplace is another aspect that Deel tries to simplify. Before, it was complex to hire, pay and manage people in other countries. Now, companies can do all this from this online platform, reducing manual work. This is making global recruiting much easier and more attractive for companies, and making distributed work a more enjoyable experience for employees and contractors around the world.
