BARAHONA.- A man died after receiving serious head injuries after being hit by a truck while he was riding his motorcycle.
According to the preliminary report, the deceased was identified as Augusto Pérez, 38 years old, who lived in the municipal district of Villa Central of this main municipality, Santa Cruz de Barahona.
The accident occurred on Monday afternoon when the motorcycle She was hit by a truck in the extension of Luperón Avenue, on the corner of Dr. Antonio Méndez, in front of the UASD Barahona Campus, whose driver fled.
