Prosecutor Carolina Martínez ordered the arrest and charged a man who would have abused a girl, inside a school. The accused served as goalie of the institution and was left alone with the little girl in the classroom for a few moments, which was used by him.

In that meantime, the teacher entered to the classroom and found the man in full actallegedly reprimanded him and put a cream on the girl’s private parts, but didn’t even report to the authorities of the educational center or to the mother of what happened.
Nevertheless, She did not file a complaint for which she was also arrested and charged with Failure to give notice of a punishable act and Violation of the Duty of Care. Later, the girl told her what had happened to her mother, who realized that her daughter was injured and made the complaint.
