The deputy minister of Internal TradeRamón Pérez Fermín, reported this Friday that the government has allocated more than 466 million pesos to prevent “dramatic” increases in fuels.
He said that for the week of Saturday the 29th of october to Friday, November 4 of this year prices of the fuels will remain unchanged.
Pérez Fermín explained that at the cutoff this Wednesday, the international price of WTI had an average of 85.77 Dollarsmaintaining an accumulated annual increase of almost 19%.
“The global market it looks uncertain and ambiguous, with a marked volatility that consequently makes it difficult to predict,” he detailed.
He assured that with this extraordinary subsidy of 466 million pesos government stops increases from 24 pesos per gallon in the gasoline premium, up to 73 pesos per gallon in optimal diesel.
