Homicide in Lavalleja: a man killed another after arguing outside a whiskey

Around midnight last Thursday the 27th, two men argued outside a whiskery of mines when one killed the other with a firearm.

The brawl had started inside the establishment and, when the men left, one murdered the other; “a mess between two parishioners is settled like this, one shoots the other”described the police chief of Lavalleja, Jorge Khazzaka to The Observer.

Arriving at the place, alerted by calls from neighbors, police officers noticed a man lying on the floor. They transferred him to the hospital in Minas when he was still unconscious, but He died in the health center.

The victim was 24 years old. and a criminal record for theft, detailed the police chief. Likewise, he indicated that the medical report confirmed “at least one shot to the scalp” and “profuse bleeding”.

Khazzaka commented that the attacker could not be stopped; “we have some description of clothing and physical characteristics”he expressed.
