The increase in the non-taxable minimum Income Tax to $ 330,000 from next November 1 was made official this Friday with its publication in the Official Gazette.

This was established through Decree 714/2022, which bears the signatures President Alberto Fernández; the chief of staff, Juan Manzur; and the Minister of Economy, Sergio Massa.

“Increase the amount of remuneration and/or gross credit, provided for in subsection z) of article 26 of the Income Tax Law, text ordered in 2019 and its modifications, to PESOS THREE HUNDRED AND THIRTY THOUSAND ($330,000) per month, inclusive”, states article 1 of the rule.

The decision to raise the floor from which income tax begins to be taxed -which currently reaches salaries greater than $280,792 gross and will become $330,000- It had been announced last Tuesday by Sergio Massa.

Within the framework of an act that he led in Santiago del Estero, the head of the Palacio de Hacienda indicated that the measure will benefit “nearly 380,000 workers”.

“To maintain the purchasing power of the workers We are going to raise the Income Tax floor from November to $330,000,” he later said through the social network Twitter.

In this way, with the publication in today’s edition of the Official Gazette of Decree 714/2022, the measure that It will take effect from next Tuesday, November 1.
