How to avoid virtual scams
To be able to take advantage of the promotions without falling into scams, the main recommendation is to make purchases on the official website of the event, since, from there, they can directly access the portals of the adhered brands. In addition, it is important to verify that the URL of the page begins with “https: //”, if it does not contain the “S”, it means that it is not secure.
It is also advisable to check the seller’s information, especially if it is from another country; in this sense, the reviews of other buyers can be a way to verify if the seller is reliable. Avoid reaching web pages through third-party links or emails and, above all, before making the purchase, verify that the site is legitimate.
