A new Customer Service Center of the electricity distribution company of the northeast of Panama (ENSA), was inaugurated in Portobelo, province of Colón, which will benefit more than 1,500 customers from surrounding areas such as Mechí, Río Piedra 1 and 2, El Guanche, Buenaventura, Marco Antonio, Playa Langosta, María Soto, La Escucha, Punta Gorda and Valle de la Media Luna, among others.
According to ENSA, the new Customer Service Center is located on the main road of Portobelo, by the basketball court (behind the Casa de Congos), and its objective is to offer a higher quality service and reach more customers. in the province of Colon; making it accessible to the community so that customers can manage different requests such as new supplies, service payment, name change, payment arrangements or agreements, among others. Office hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
“For the ENSA family, the inauguration of the Portobelo Customer Service Center is the result of many months of planned and coordinated team work and the beginning of materializing an expansion plan with which we seek to be closer to our customers, so that they can be closer to the company, with attention to their needs and contribute to improving their quality of life”, said Santiago Díaz, executive president in charge of ENSA.
Present at the inauguration of the Portobelo Customer Service Center were Vanessa Serrano, director of ASEP User Service; representatives of the ASEP regional office in Colón; union and community leaders of the province.
