Relatives of the deceased two-year-old boy ask the Institute for explanations.
News Bogota.
A two-year-old minor died under strange circumstances in a kindergarten of the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare (ICBF), located in the town of Usme in Bogotá.
Relatives of the child are outraged because, according to what they say, they have not received any type of response about what happened to the minor within the facilities of the community garden, located south of the capital.
Adrián Estiven’s grandmother says that she left the minor in the garden and when she went to look for him, they handed him over dead. Both she and an aunt who works in a hairdressing salon next to the community home complain why they were not informed about the situation that was occurring with the child: “Why did they give him to me dead? And they didn’t even tell me, they waited for me to pick up the normal child, “said the little boy’s grandmother.

“A cousin of the child gave him first aid, she took him on a patrol,” said Adrián Estiven’s mother.
At the clinic they would have asked a teacher about what had happened and she would have replied that “the children took a nap, when we went to wake him up the child did not wake up.”
On the other hand, the deceased minor’s grandmother stated that the clothes she was wearing were muddy and soaked.
“It tears my soul as a grandmother because that child was my life and seeing it as they left it to me, as I found that scene so heartbreaking, that’s what hurts the most now,” said the child’s grandmother.
Here is the report of the news that has caused consternation in the south of Bogotá:
The Colombian Family Welfare Institute momentarily closed the doors of the community garden where the events occurred to carry out the pertinent investigation.
Relatives of Adrián Estiven state that the actions of the people who were taking care of the children in the garden generate many doubts that are yet to be resolved.
