Juan Carlos Delgado Echevarría resigned as Chief of Staff of the Office of the Ministry of Healthafter the Prosecutor’s Office opened a preliminary investigation against the still holder of this portfolio, Jorge López, for alleged illicit enrichment.
Through a letter released by RPP, Delgado Echevarría informs the Minister of Health of his resignation from the position and thanks him for having given him the confidence to work in this portfolio, where he ensures that the country’s health system is improved.
