The Public Ministry charged the citizen Chakkal Chaccal Foud with the crimes of outrage against the official and resistance to authority, because on October 23 the subject verbally assaulted Baruta Police officers, a fact that was supported in a video, and that later went viral on the networks.
The information was shared by the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, on his Twitter.
«#Now deprived of liberty the subject Chakkal Chaccal Fouad, who on 10/23/2022 violently assaulted Baruta Police officers, he will be #CHARGED for him @MinpublicoVEN for the crimes of outrage against the official and resistance to authority,” Saab said in the post.
Hours before, the head of the Public Ministry referred in another twitter that he had appointed the National Prosecutor 60 AMC to investigate this citizen for committing said crimes. He likewise shared the video where the fact is verified.
