Montevideo will have two groups of dwellings: group 1 (Malvín Norte) and group 2 (several). This is an open call for people of legal age, regardless of their marital status or whether or not they have dependent minors.
The Vice President of the ANV, Gustavo Borsari, told Grupo Multimedio La R that “this is an important call made by our institution for the allocation of housing in Montevideo and the Interior. There are units of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, fully refurbished and ready to occupy. It is important to note that the call is open until October 31.”
To register, those interested must first review the list of homes and determine if any of them are of interest to them. Then check if you meet all the requirements below. Once this is done, you can sign up for the call in person or pre-register digitally, having to present the requested documentation on paper in another instance. A maximum of two locations can be registered, with the particularity that in Montevideo you must choose to register only one group (Malvín Norte or several). In each registration it will be necessary to select the number of bedrooms.
If there is more than one entry in each category, a public lottery will be held to generate a priority list among the participants. If it is drawn among the first places, and the subject of credit is met, the ANV will notify you so that you can choose from the available homes.
Requirements
The holder must be a citizen or legal resident with a valid identity card, over 18 years of age and not over 80 years of age at the end of the credit payment term.
To opt for the purchase modality, the interested party must not be the owner or prospective buyer of any housing solution.
To opt for the exchange modality, the applicant must be a promissory buyer of a single ANV home with or without outstanding balance with the trusts, except homes grouped in cooperatives (trust I) or agreements with municipalities in the interior of the country.
It will not be possible to have current breaches in the Clearing of Reports at the time of registration after 1/1/2018. Operations canceled with arrears will not be taken into account and in the event of non-compliance prior to 1/1/2018, these will be evaluated by the Department of Credit to Families at the time of the analysis of the credit subject, and may be cause for non-approval. Said analysis will be carried out after the completion of the draw.
Applicants must have a minimum of one year of work experience in the public or private sector or as an independent worker.
The minimum income per group and number of bedrooms for Montevideo is as follows:
