The citizen charged by the Attorney General’s Office for the crime of aggravated homicide, responds to the name of Juan David Hernández V., 29 years old, according to information provided by the investigating body.
The alleged victim of this individual was identified at the time as 26-year-old Jhon Harvy Lozano Ariza, who lost his life due to injuries made with a sharp weapon on November 14, 2021.
For Harvey, the defendant would have waited for him outside a public establishment to attack him for the reason indicated above.
Malherido was taken to a medical center where doctors confirmed that he arrived without vital signs.
This violent act took place in the Las Delicias neighborhood of the Tolima capital.
Indicates the bulletin of the Prosecutor’s Office that Hernández was detained this week by members of the (CTI), the Life Group of the Tolima Section and the Sijín of the Ibagué Metropolitan Police.

The defendant did not accept the charges imputed by the prosecutor of the Life Unit of the Tolima Section who is leading the investigation. In a couple of months a new hearing will be held to continue with the judicial process of this case that has attracted the attention of the people of Ibiza.
