The ex-partner of the businesswoman had sued her after their romantic relationship ended.

‘Epa Colombia’ keratin businesswoman reached an agreement with her ex-girlfriend Diana Celis to divide the profits, the result of two years of romantic relationship.

Although the couple never married, they lived together for that period of time and that is why the de facto marital union (as recognized before a judge) had to be liquidated.

“Having formed a permanent relationship for more than two years, a patrimonial society emerged in which it would correspond in proportion to 50 percent of the profits for each one,” said the law firm that defends the rights of the ex-partner of the businesswoman of the keratins.

Celis, a soccer player for the Independiente Santa Fe team, stated that he had to resort to a lawsuit so that his ex-partner “recognized his rights.”

It was necessary to note that about the demand imposed by her ex-partner, ‘Epa Colombia’ spoke on her social networks and assured that Celis had kept two motorcycles and three apartments located in the Olaya, Bochica and Restrepo neighborhoods in Bogotá; the latter valued at more than 500 million pesos.

Given these statements by Daneidy Barrera, Celis argued that his ex-girlfriend allegedly had not had the initiative to distribute the assets and that is why he decided to sue her.

The Santa Fe soccer player assured that the two motorcycles belong to her and that the apartment in Bochica, in the town of Engativá, was bought with her money: “That being mine, she didn’t want to give it to me either,” said the soccer player.

“You didn’t know anything about what (Epa) did when he was by his side,” he concluded in his message uploaded to Instagram.
