The Ministry of Education seeks to take care of the health of students, according to Pary. The start of classes is scheduled for February 1 next.
The authority recalled that the three types of classes are in force: distance (virtual), blended and face-to-face. In the case of rural areas, coordinate to make determinations that do not endanger student health.
“It is not closed,” said the minister, implying that the modality may vary depending on the health situation.
Pary also referred to the free virtual platform that will be available to students and teachers; It will have material prepared by the Ministry, which will be online. He indicated that it is expected that the following week the platform will be ready for the students, parents and teachers can take the relevant tests and trials.
School pensions
Regarding school pensions, the Minister announced that on Friday a meeting will be held between the Vice Ministry of Education Regular and the Association of Private Schools to “work technically” about the topic. He also remarked that they are not talking about an increase.
In this regard, representatives of private schools in Santa Cruz told EL DEBER on Wednesday that they will respect the instructions of the Ministry.

Consulted on the presentation of the vaccination card in places where there may be face-to-face classes, Pary asked not to speculate while that requirement is suspended.
