The foreign minister of Panama, Janaina Tewaney, said on Friday, October 21 at a press conference that “the migrants who intend to return to Venezuela have been being welcomed by the Venezuelan Mission in Panama and they are in charge of bringing carried out the return to Venezuela”, reported EFE.
