A total of 17 new infections of COVID-19 were detected in the last 24 hours, of which 14 cases are community and three imported, which brings the confirmed accumulated to 545,523, 701 active cases, while the number of recovered stands at 539 thousand two patients, thanks to the free treatments guaranteed by the Bolivarian government.
This was announced this Friday by the Vice President of Communication, Culture and Tourism, Freddy Ñáñez, during the customary daily balance offered by the Presidential Commission for the Control and Prevention of COVID-19, through his online account. social Twitter, @luchaalmada.
He reported that the community cases are located in the states: Miranda 8, Zulia 2, Caracas 2, Yaracuy 2.
Miranda today presents the highest number of infections in five of its 21 municipalities: Lander 4, Baruta 1, Sucre 1, Cristóbal Rojas 1, Urdaneta 1.
Likewise, it reported that three imported cases from Panama entered the country, all with entry through La Guaira.
To date, 395 patients are reported who are asymptomatic, 167 with mild Acute Respiratory Failure, 86 with Moderate Acute Respiratory Failure and 53 in the Intensive Care Unit.
In week 136 and day 950 of the pandemic in Venezuela, these are its general statistics:
