The Minister for Transport, Ramón Velásquez, described this Saturday as a great revolutionary victory, the release of the 19 crew members of the plane of the Aerocargo del Sur Transport Company (Emtrasur) hijacked in Argentina.
“It is a victory that we celebrate with great force because our government is a socialist government. In this first stage we dedicated ourselves to the release of the 19 crew members that we had kidnapped, today we have him here in Venezuela, with his family, to continue the fight for a free and independent Venezuela as our liberators dreamed of it,” Velásquez said in a material audiovisual published on his account on the social network Twitter.
The last group of five crew members of the Emtrasur plane arrived in the country this Friday.
The plane and its crew were kidnapped in Argentina last Juneand despite the fact that the Argentine justice recognized that there was no crime, they were illegally detained for more than four months.
According to the complaints of the Venezuelan Government, the United States has interference in the decision made by the justice of the South American country.
