The Panamanian youth athlete, Kelly Aparicio, won three gold medals at the South American Weightlifting Championship in the 64 kg sub15 category that takes place in Lima, Peru.
The outstanding participation of Aparicio allowed her to win the three medals, after lifting 67 kilograms in the snatch and 89 kilograms in the clean and jerk for a total of 156 kilograms that made her climb to the top of the podium.
The athlete was with the Panamanian delegation at the last III South American Youth Games 2022.
