In October 2021, the Venezuelan entrepreneur founded Give Power and in ten months she has managed to break into the market, developing commercial activities in the states of Arizona, California, Florida and Texas with the integration of a large number of vendors and employees.
The young Venezuelan highlights the potential of Mexico and the opportunity that Mexicans have to increase the presence of solar energy in the world. “Between the year 2035, Mexico is going to become the main energy source in the state of California, so it is the future of the world and we have it in our hands,” she said.
Clean Power’s expansion into Latin America has begun in Mexico, where the company works with call centers in Mexico City, Monterrey and Saltillo. Silva states that “every time I meet a goal, another bigger one comes, I am a very ambitious person; In a few years I want to have a family and grow my company, and in the future be able to reach Latin America to help countries that need solar energy”.
Silva, 28, also stands out for being an influencer through his account on the Instagram social network @shiasilva, where he is followed by more than 60,000 people to whom he shares content that focuses on showing that all people, not just women, they can get what they really want by believing in themselves, “I have always liked to show that women can undertake and grow”, she added.
Shia Silva’s commitment to improving the environment is not only based on the construction of solar panels, from his company he carries out a social responsibility project with which he constantly contributes resources and technologies to different foundations in Latin America.
«Give Power Foundation is the name of the project in which for each installation we make, we make a donation to use clean energy, provide water and energy solutions to those who need it in poor countries, around 10% of the income is donated to foundations in Latin America so that children can have access to knowledge and new technologies”, Silva pointed out.
With Give Power Foundation not only donations are made, Shia Silva explains that “solar energy apart from being an industry where you can do a good business, its activity opens the opportunity to help people so that they can be successful and share the mission to undertake”.

There are very few disadvantages when using photovoltaic energy, the founder of Clean Power comments that one of them is the initial cost and the affectation of the system by atmospheric conditions. Silva comments that continuing with the electric company implies “paying inflation, taxes and having super-polluted electricity.”
